• Familiar with differnt types of cuts (i.e. Biryani cut, Curry Cut, etc.) Minimum of 5 years expereince in Butchery Department, Knows different types of Arabic Marination, Update price changes, Maintain Cleaniness at all times, Familiar with different types of cuts, Aware of using different types of cutting machines
